Insights Media is delighted to be joined by AI strategist Jon Fletcher, to explore how L&D professionals can find the AI insights they need to make better strategic and operational decisions.

This follows research carried out by Insights Media shows that L&D professionals are far from satisfied with the quality of AI insight available in the market.

When it comes to the quality of the insight and evidence out there, satisfaction rates are so-so: half are satisfied with the quality of insight and evidence around learning strategy, but less than 10% are very satisfied. Its roughly the same for senior leaders although 11% are dissatisfied. Satisfaction rates dip regarding the quality of insight an evidence around AI: then only 36% of respondents are satisfied, 12% are very satisfied and 16% dissatisfied.

These insights reflect the themes that are emerging from conversations Fletcher has been having with learning professionals. He says: There is still a lot of confusion about the how; the majority have shared with me that they feel overwhelmed and confused by information on social media.
