Talking all things customer insights with Huthwaite International

Looks like I enjoyed this podcast interview. That’s because I did!

Yesterday I was interviewed for the Huthwaite Mastering Sales and Negotiations podcast about how customer listening can create actionable insights.

I love where work can take you and being asked to talk on this podcast was a surprise. Why? Because training and behaviour change specialists Huthwaite is one of our clients and it’s not often that clients ask to explore our work – but what we do (especially the questioning and listening parts) crosses over with what Huthwaite does as a company, so they asked me on for a natter.

The episode will be published shortly. In it we discuss my journey to where I am today and why we set up Insights Media, how to ask good questions and why listening is everyone’s super power . . . plus a lot more.
