Research underpins our work and is a central part of our client work. We use this research to create actionable insights for our clients. Here we share workforce research, which we update regularly. We cover a broad range of disciplines, from learning and HR to diversity and internal communications, because we believe that the trends affecting one area of workforce development will be impacted, and influence, other areas. Having a holistic view of all the trends enables greater insights, which lead to better decisions.
Martin shares his insights on some of these research reports on his research slot on Learning Now TV (search ‘Martin Couzins’) and we create digested versions of research, which you can read here. We also create a quarterly Research Roundup, which you can read here.
And if you have any suggestions for research to be included please email us at team@insightsmedia.co.uk
